All you need for this arts and crafts workshop is an old umbrella and special decorations or features, be it the fake flowers from your Granny’s hallway or your favourite Christmas tinsel.  Use your wild imagination to breathe new life into your damp old brollie and be a shining star at Sunday’s Birthday Bloco Carnival procession.
