A variant of woodblock printing, linocut is a technique using sheets of linoleum as the relief surface. In this practical workshop Marta Wakula-Mac introduces newcomers to the two methods of linocut printing, hand and printing press. Using ‘the physical expression of celebration’ as the theme of the engravings, each participant will create their own unique piece of art. All materials supplied.
