Health & Harmony Global Therapies Fair returns to the Festival to showcase a host of holistic and alternative treatments, techniques and products, which have been central to health and well being for generations.

Discover a world of soothing treatments and rejuvenating therapies with an array of therapists and practitioners who will demonstrate and explain their intrinsic properties.  A unique chance to focus on personal wellbeing, discover alternative ways to restore energy and improve self-empowerment and spiritual development through an extensive and eclectic mix of global therapies, organic products and healthy living options.

Health & Harmony Outdoors features an open Hatha Yoga Class hosted by Suzanne O’Sullivan My Yoga Body on Saturday 9.30a.m. & an open Tai Chi Practice with Master Beizheng Liu on Sunday 9.30a.m. Both events are free and will be taking place on the lower level of the East Pier.
