The magic of Astillas, created by Spanish based urban artist Eltono, lies in the role of its audiences, the ultimate creators of this constantly evolving installation.

Astillas invites its audience to select and decide on the positioning of each of the painted splinters of reclaimed wood, allowing for the collective imagination to bring to life every conceivable combination.  Rooted in urban intervention, Eltono’s creative philosophy seeks to revive neglected surfaces with the intention of restoring their dignity, whether through the public or external forces of nature.

Astillas is an art installation for all ages, children must be supervised.
